Sutura Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We only collect personal information that's reasonably necessary for our services. This typically includes:
We use your information only for the purpose it was collected: to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver engagements, and provide ongoing support. We do not sell or on-sell personal information to third parties.
Some of the automations and systems we build process data through AI service providers based overseas (including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google). Where this involves personal information, we use enterprise-tier accounts with these providers, which carry data handling terms designed to meet our obligations under APP 8. We document data flows for each engagement and will discuss this with you directly before any client data is processed through a third-party AI service.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, consistent with APP 11. Systems we build and operate run on infrastructure we manage directly, so we can monitor for and respond to issues.
In the event of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and affected individuals in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it. Contact us using the details below.
